The Medicine of Dreams: An introduction to sacred dreamwork
You do. It's called your dreams.
While you sleep, your superconscious intelligence is offering diagnosis, prognosis, solutions, and direct answers to your most pressing questions—whether you're struggling with depression, addiction, physical illness, or seeking deeper spiritual connection and purpose.
The only question is: Are you ready to listen?
"I discovered the link between my knee pain and my resentment, anger, and not putting up boundaries. I've strengthened trust in my dreams and in the wisdom of my body."
— Adeline, Workshop Participant

The mother-child bond transcends death, and I have dedicated resources specifically for this sacred journey. If you'd like to explore work designed specifically for maternal grief, please visit Multidimensional Mama. Both paths honor your healing—choose what calls to your heart.
"I found the dream incubation session to be very powerful. I had so many dreams that I remembered and they made a lot of sense to my life." — Elizabeth, Workshop Participant
"It showed me even more the power of dreams and increased my trust in the process." — Adeline
You don't need to wait until the workshop to experience the healing power of dreams. If you have a life urgency or question that needs support—whether it's about a relationship, career decision, health concern, creative direction, or personal pattern you can't see—you can ask your dreams for guidance before we meet.
Simply write your question in your journal before bed and ask: "What do I need to know about [your question]?" Then, in the morning, write down whatever you remember. We'll decode the message and medicine together during the workshop.
Already have a meaningful dream? Bring a recurring dream, nightmare, or any vivid dream that's stayed with you. This is your opportunity to unlock what it's been trying to tell you.

On Emotional Breakthrough:
"I was very surprised by the intensity of my emotions during the workshop. I'm generally very dissociated from my feelings around losing my son, but the workshop brought them into sharp focus. When I sat down to write the dream to share, I started crying. I received greater awareness of where I actually am in my grief journey, and a clearer sense of what is blocking my healing. It's given me more compassion for myself, and a desire to show up as I really am." — Kathleen, grieving mother
On Dream Recall & Practical Tools:
"I found the dream incubation session to be very powerful. I had so many dreams that I remembered and they made a lot of sense to my life. I really appreciated the focus on getting clear with the questions. I loved writing my dreams down and noticing the details—mood, setting, etc. Other dreams were remembered while writing. I also had a premonition dream which I had not asked for. Thank you so much for your passion and power, Ning!" — Elizabeth
On Trust & Body Wisdom:
"The workshop exceeded my expectations when Ning took my dream as an example to work on it. I was really happy to get her feedback because it resonated a lot—I felt it was really right. It showed me even more the power of dreams. I've strengthened trust in my dreams and in the wisdom of my body. I discovered the link between my knee pain and my resentment, anger, and not putting up boundaries. I really enjoyed this workshop with Ning. It was well constructed and I learned different interesting things. I would recommend it, for sure!" — Adele
What Makes This Different:
This is not traditional dream interpretation using symbol dictionaries.
This is not therapy focused on analyzing your psyche from the outside.
This is you learning to enter conscious communication with your inner intelligence—the living, vibrational source of wisdom that speaks through you every night, offering profound healing and regeneration.
During sleep, you are free from the hypnosis of daily life—free from judging yourself, criticizing yourself, cutting yourself to pieces with your own rage and insufficiency. This is when the deepest healing becomes possible.
As my teacher says: "When you begin to participate and allow yourself entry into the intelligence, your life as you know it will begin to change. There is greater integration, greater support, greater listening—and you become vulnerable to yourself in the most healing way possible. As you begin to make the introspection, your energy field can actually regenerate you with its high frequency."
You'll learn to hold the rejected pieces of your soul the same way you would hold a child. You'll stop waiting to be seen, recognized, or forgiven by others—and instead, you'll see yourself, recognize yourself, and give yourself permission to receive the love and support from the transpersonal realms that have always been available to you.
This is sacred activism.
This is self-mastery.
This is you becoming an active participant in your own healing.

"Although the dream is a very private communication, it requires a social context for its fullest realization." - Montague Ullman
When we gather in dream circles, we enter a shared field of consciousness. From a deeper spiritual perspective, there is no ownership of dreams—we are each dreaming for each other.
When one person integrates and heals an old wound through dreamwork, it opens the doorway for everyone participating in the circle. Your dreams and others' dreams fit together like puzzle pieces, creating collective healing and profound bonding that transforms isolation into sacred community.
By attuning to another dreamer's dream, you too can participate in the blessing, lesson, and gift they received. We are each dreaming for each other, connecting our innate intelligence speaking through our dreams.
This introduction is a preview of a deeper 6-week dreamwork journey beginning in March. Come experience the medicine and see if this sacred path is calling you toward deeper commitment.
As we stand at the threshold of a new year, so many of us are setting intentions and seeking fresh spiritual practices. But what if instead of looking outward for direction, you turned inward—to the wise teacher that speaks to you every single night?
This past December, instead of traditional year-end reflection, I asked my dreams: "What are the key lessons of 2025 I need to integrate?" That night, I received a three-part dream that showed me precisely what I needed to understand:
A master teaching tai chi with one smooth, controlled movement, followed by the Korean word "Han". The paradox struck me: true freedom comes through discipline.
Then a scene with dear friends—one celebrating new life, another confronting me about ways I had failed to show up. In the dream, as I apologized and we walked together, profound understanding flooded through me: I need to be able to hold my field stable and grounded. It's in the small everyday things—not the big loud moments—where real spiritual work happens.
One dream. Three clear teachings. This kind of precision, soul-level wisdom is available to all of us.
Your dreams have been calling you. They've been offering guidance, healing, and wisdom every night of your life. The question is: Are you ready to listen?

Every night when you go to bed, you have teachers waiting for you in the dream realm, ready to show you what is possible. The only question is whether you're ready to meet them.
"I would definitely recommend this workshop, as it places powerful tools for healing directly in the hands of people who need them. Thank you so much, Ning! Blessings on the work you're doing! I feel that very soon the light of your work will reach many, many people and your world will start expanding in ways that truly reflect the power of your beautiful teachings."

"You are no longer waiting to be seen or recognized or forgiven—you are seeing yourself, recognizing yourself, forgiving yourself for being a human being. You become an active participant in your healing, using dreaming to move into self-mastery and take your greatest destiny for which you were born." - Ron Young
